Return Policy

At SUNJIREH CHRISTIAN SHOP, we have a 3-day return policy for items that have not been customized. This means that you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item was customized with a name or personalized in any way, unfortunately, we will be unable to accept the return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: SUNJIREH CHRISTIAN SHOP, PO Box: 12502, Las Vegas, NV 89112-0502.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you contact us at team@sunjireh.com to initiate the return process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For uncustomized Items: You have 5 business days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return for any reason. To initiate a return, please contact us at [team@sunjireh.com] . We will be happy to assist you with the return process.

If a mistake has been done by SUNJIREH on your order, such as sending you the wrong item or size, you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to report the error and request a full refund or replacement. Please contact us immediately at team@sunjireh.com or with details and pictures of the error.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at team@sunjireh.com before your item has been shipped. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow our return policy mentioned above.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, please ensure that your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Policy

At SUNJIREH CHRISTIAN SHOP, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for production. Once your order has been shipped, please allow an additional 2-5 business days for your item to arrive via USPS or UPS.
